{"id":755,"date":"2026-05-29T13:37:39","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T10:37:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.twf.gr\/politiki-asfaleias-pliroforion\/"},"modified":"2026-06-23T10:51:55","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T07:51:55","slug":"information-security-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.twf.gr\/en\/information-security-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Information Security Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The protection of information and information processing systems is of strategic importance to the Company in order to achieve its short-term and long-term objectives and, at the same time, safeguard the privacy of customers who receive its services.<\/p>\n<p>Recognizing the critical importance of information and information systems in the execution of its business operations, the Company implements an Information Security Policy with the objective of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information it manages.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the proper operation of information systems.<\/li>\n<li>Timely response to incidents that may jeopardize the company&#8217;s business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement of the level of Information Security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For this purpose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining the organizational structures required to monitor Information Security-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Defining the technical controls and access restriction measures for information and information systems.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing the classification of information according to its importance and value.<\/li>\n<li>Describing the necessary measures for protecting information during processing, storage, and transmission.<\/li>\n<li>Defining the methods for informing and training the company&#8217;s employees and partners on Information Security matters.<\/li>\n<li>Determining the procedures for responding to Information Security incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Describing the measures through which the secure continuity of the company&#8217;s business operations is ensured in the event of information system failures or disasters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company conducts Information Security risk assessments at regular intervals and takes the necessary measures to address them. It applies a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of Information Security processes through which performance indicators are defined, measurement methodologies are established, and periodic reports are produced and reviewed by Management with the objective of continuously improving the system.<\/p>\n<p>The Information Security Officer is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the policies and procedures related to Information Security and for undertaking the necessary initiatives to eliminate all factors that may jeopardize the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the Company&#8217;s information.<\/p>\n<p>All employees of the Company and its partners who have access to the Company&#8217;s information and information systems are responsible for complying with the rules of the applicable Information Security Policy.<\/p>\n<p>The Company is committed to the continuous monitoring of and compliance with the regulatory and legislative framework, as well as to the ongoing implementation and improvement of the effectiveness of its Information Security Management System.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHASAPAKI G.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The protection of information and information processing systems is of strategic importance to the Company in order to achieve its short-term and long-term objectives and, at the same time, safeguard the privacy of customers who receive its services.
