Thirty years later, the company—now known as The Writing Fields—is moving into the next generation, with Dimitris and Gregoria Chasapakis bringing a new vision to the business.

Indeed, after decades of research and experience across the entire spectrum of bookbinding technologies, they have developed a new method that offers unparalleled durability and flexibility for notebook products, and they have named it Flexbook.

By designing innovative new diaries and notebooks that incorporate the latest technology and by building a dynamic in-house marketing team, they have succeeded in turning this concept into a renowned international brand with a presence in more than 35 countries around the world. With an emphasis on innovation, design, and high-quality materials—as well as a fresh aesthetic—The Writing Fields – Flexbook products have garnered a devoted following and are found in every corner of the globe.

At the same time, by adopting the highest production standards and all relevant certifications and ISO standards, the company introduces new eco-friendly products every year, such as the line that won the 2025 Gold Award for Innovation from the Hellenic Marketing Academy.
